[...] Other than those battles, I updated my other blog (the photography one) with photos from my walk in Scotforth, if anyone is interested. I’m quite sure that I’m possibly the only person in the world who finds old hospital signs fascinating but there we go. If there is anyone else out there, then please do let me know, I’d like to know I’m not alone ! I think deep down I am always going to be a history student who got lost and ended up in the Computer Science building. One day I’ll make myself happy with a big photography based social history timeline web program of joy, and everyone else will look on in bemused boredom. Oh I also started properly using twitter, probably now I have sussed out how to install widgetplugins I’ll go to try and find a twitter one. I was all ready for listening to Test Match Special with my bbctms twitter fee,d for the England v New Zealand test at Lords today, when the BBC’s listen online radio page caused me large amounts of pain. I don’t want to install realplayer or anything else to listen to the radio :( I think really the only way I will be happy is if I can find a portable long wave radio with a headphone socket, because then I can listen and hear the shipping forecast too :-D Winning all round.
